So how is everyone doing? I'm not even close to meeting my goal but got back from a weekend away with a friend to see the taylor swift concert and am happy to say that I did not gain a pound!!!! Did not lose anything but did not gain anything and that means so much more! Feel kind of proud for not having one of those delicious looking pasteries at breakfast I am going to make the last bit of august more productive to make up for my lack of progress!
My end-of-summer goal is to get back on track to where I was before summer! I've been indulging in some unhealthy habits so I want to try to concentrate on what I'm eating and add daily exercise before the beginning of fall semester.

This is really such a great idea! I am going to make August MY month! I go back to school on the 28 so I have 4 weeks left. ahhh!! I would love to loose a little over 10lb, but I want to set a goal for me that's challenging but if I really push myself I think I can do, which is 8lbs. So that's 2lbs a week. I also want to gain confidence, happiness, and also consistency and learning about balance. I want to be fit, toned, healthy, and strong!
My end of summer goal will be consistency! To adopt healthy eating and lifestyle habits and lose 10 pounds. Here's to sticking to our goals because the start of the summer for me has not been very good progress and some very unhealthy foods.

By the end of summer I would like to be in my health weight range, thus between 135 and 145 pounds... I've been working really hard but the scale is being stubborn... Hopefully it will have cooperated by then! haha!
Okay young sparkers, summer 2011 may not have been your best moments or maybe it was. But as summer is winding down i am issuing all of us a challenge. Use this last bit of summer to set an awesome goal for yourself to accomplish just in time to return to school or even if you want the official end of summer. Make then end of july and august really count for you. Those of you who have had a great weight loss and lifestyle change this summer, that is fantastic I am so proud of you. Push and encourage your team mates. Those of you, like me, who have had issues this summer don't give up. Use this time to overcome what you feel like you failed in. I know everyone can do this.
