Your Bonus Challenge for Day 2 (optional) is to eat at least 3 servings of fruit. Fresh, frozen and canned fruits are low in calories, high in fiber and nutrients, and can help satisfy a sweet tooth without doing as much damage as a dessert. The Nutrition section under our "Healthy Lifestyle" tab is full of tips to add more fruits to your day, so check out the articles there if you need some help.
