If you scroll to the very bottom of the posts, you will see Coach Nicole obviously put stop signs and asked not to reply on this thread. There are specific threads that have been created just for asking questions, introductions and chit-chat. Just because there is a reply button to the side doesn't mean it's okay to reply on this thread when Coach Nicole has asked us not to. LOL

However, if you DO wish to reply to answer someone's question and/or to encourage, rather than add to this thread, you can click onto "send private message" and that will send a private e-mail that won't add to this thread.

Since most posts come up most recent on top, unless you automatically hit the button to the right so that the first post shows up first, people won't know they are not to reply on this thread because they won't scroll all the way down to the beginning, which means someone who may come in late to the boot camp may not see the instructions they need. THAT is why we have been asked not to respond on this thread or any of the initial challenge threads Coach Nicole will start for each day. This thread is for INFORMATION ONLY - not to posts replies.

No one wants to discourage anyone who is excited about getting fit and healthy and no one is deliberatley trying to be rude. But when the SP head team puts up stop signs and instructions not to post, then everyone does it anyway, that's inconsiderate of those following that may need to find the instructions and have to scroll through many pages.

Does that make sense?

Very respectfully I'm asking you this question. I got an e-mail stating I had an e-mail from someone at Spark People. I click on the e-mail and read it and right there is a box that says reply, which is what I did, which put my response here. Where do we go to reply to someone who has left us an e-mail so we don't fill up this area?

I finished the Day One Workout earlier today and really liked it. I was actually able to keep up with the combinations, so I impressed myself since I'm usually the biggest klutz. I'm glad to see other members enjoyed the routine as well. Can't wait for Day Two!

did the workout...just got it in was on vacation and got back late, babysat grandbaby today and have to admit i considered skipping it today but stopped myself..soooooo i finished the 10 minute video workout at 11:58 pm but i did finish and was still sunday emoticon Time for me to start being true to my word to myself as much as i try to be to other people. And this is a good place to start.

Can you ladies not read? It says PLEASE DO NOT REPLY to this thread!!


Sorry Reeves... I didn't mean to be rude, but it clearly states do not reply below!! It is even written in bold letters with stop signs around it. It just gets so frustrating having to scroll down thru all the posts to get to the daily workouts. Which I would think is why coach Nicole asked us not to reply to these posts in the first place. Clearly if you can read the daily workout, you must be able to read the do not post here request. There are plenty of other threads that were created strictly for chatting.

It's kind of like that person in front of you at the speedy checkout lane who is piling 50 items onto the counter!! It just makes you want to scream out, "read the darn sign"! I'm sure I'm not the only person in the world that gets irritated by this stuff.

However, I do apologize if I was being rude. That was not my intention... I was just trying to get the rest of you to stop following suit. I guess it didn't work, huh? LOL
