For this challenge I will begin by challenging someone to do a specific task and whoever decides to accept that challenge, completes the task, and then challenges someone else to do another task. As we tag each other to do maybe 20 crunches, or drink an extra glass of water today, or to eat a fresh veggie, etc. we all benefit by becoming more healthy. Let the games begin.
I challenge someone to do 15 jumping jacks.
