Sorry I have been lagging again. This week, let's make the challenges happen.
Tues. May 18th - Hydrate yourself today. Get in the 8 glasses of water.
Wed. May 19th - We need to get in 30 minutes of cardio today. Walk, bike, go to the gym.
Thurs. May 20th - Read a spark article.
Fri. May 21st - Let's eat our fruits & veggies. Remember we need 5 of them.
Sat. May 22nd - The weekend is here. Try to get outdoors. Garden, play a game but try to get some sunshine.
Sun. May 23rd - Spend time with your family. Call a relative out of town or have a family meal. Give them a hug.
Mon. May 24th - Today is strength training day. Do at least 2 sets of any strength training.
