Lisa, where is your pain? My pain doc was saying something about radio frequency ablation, where they kill the nerve with radio waves - but it grows back after 6 months or so. But hey, for 6 months pain free? Might be nice.

Something that has made a HUGE difference for me is that Interferential unit that I got a few weeks ago. The pain relief is cumulative, so it actually gets better after time. It relieves the pain. The relief lasts at least a few hours. It is like a TENS, but TENS did not work for me, neither do patches.

Good luck sweetie, pain is no fun. I hope you feel better soon.
Sandy

I've just heard about X stop, a titanium implant, which claims to be less invasive than traditional surgery. Has anyone else heard of it - or had it? My pain has gotten so intense I can't bare it anymore. Even on muscle relaxers and Percicept, I am crying in pain. Will go to my neurologist asap. Pain management appointment is next week.
