i start by believing that I will succeed . And see the end result of working hard , how much better I could feel..I picture myself pain free doing all the things I want to do...
I create a graph and i chart my progress to see where I am
I know my own ability and I take my time there is no rush
I make it part of my general routine and set aside time everyday for myself
I also listen to the wonderful ideas that you and others post here at sparks
And I create a journal to document my thoughts and my progress
I read motivational and postitive writings and have a list of affirmations ....
I am here because someone special in my life cares about me and I must be at my best for her ..
