As you know, it is recommended that you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week. So this challenge will introduce daily challenges for exercise to add into your workouts (or give you a workout if you do not regularly exercise). Sometimes this challenge will include food or other lifestyle changes that are involved with the typical healthy lifestyle.
I will update the challenge at midnight every day for the following day's challenge.
Friday, March 1 - Goal: Agility
Challenge: Run 5 50-meter sprints. Either as straight shots or shuttle runs.
Quote: "There's a lot of talk about self-esteem these days. It seems pretty basic to me." If you want to feel proud of yourself, you've got to do things you can be proud of." -Oselda Maccarty
Saturday, March 2 - Goal: Focus
Challenge: Plank until fail, 5 minutes jump rope.
Quote: "A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles." -Christopher Reeve

"The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!" -Rocky Balboa (2006)
