I think my challenges for this week will be simple:
Eat a salad for lunch 3 times
Drink water instead of something else every day
Do 20+ minutes of exercise 3 times this week

I already have the 20 minutes for today(actually 41.5, but eh).

Been on a mission to hit 3000 calories burned on my heart monitor. I didn't it yesterday (3010) and today I'm at 2770, but I'm not too upset because I didn't even put the thing on til 10:30. I probably hit my 3000 just on on the heart monitor reader thingy. LOL. Tomorrow is another opportunity!!

Well how time flies its been 6 days since my last post - Lets see what I have been up to (its a good thing I keep a daily journal)

Feb 21 - not much
Feb 22 - Work - walked 7.42 miles
Feb 23 - Work - walked 9.38 miles
Feb 24 - Work - walked 8.8 miles
Feb 25 - Work - walked 4.42 miles - 18 miles bike (at the Y) - did some stairs - 30 min

All my miles are tracked by wearing a fitbit, I wear it all the time.

Feb 26 - not much this am, trying to get caught up at home then back to work this pm

5 yoga poses, 15 minute cardio, 15 minute strength training (if it is your rest day, do 15 minutes extra cleaning around the house).
Didn't do the yoga, unfortunately, but I do do 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes strength training.

I played DDR for about 20 minutes play time (about 10 minutes were between songs). I am planning to do The Biggest Loser and Wii Fit Plus on the Wii tomorrow. Plus training on jogging. I need to get used to being out of breath, since it is going to affect me a lot if I'm running an obstacle 5k in May.

I did a three mile Leslie Sansone video and I made a spark recipe, making healthier substitutions for some ingredients. Also, when what I really really wanted was a brownie, I ate a Newton's Thins cherry vanilla cookie. Maybe I still had the cookie, but it definitely could have been a WHOLE lot worse!!

I chose an apple with peanut butter instead of a chocolate cupcake and eggs with spinach rather than toast with butter.
For my mile, I actually played DDR workout mode, with makes an equivalency which ended up being about 1.5 miles jogging.

Bizzymom2 - Good to hear you've come back! I'm sure you'll have fun with this challenge.

Hi everyone
Its been awhile since I have checked my email - I would love to do this challenge - Sounds fun
Feb 19 - swimming - 64 oz of water
Feb 20 - swimming, 9.43 mile bike - I made Garlic Parmesan Roasted Chickpeas (from Jan-Feb 2013 Clean Eating magazine) Not to bad and easy to make. Pancake for breakfast with almond butter instead of butter and syrup on it - loved it -

As you know, it is recommended that you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week. So this challenge will introduce daily challenges for exercise to add into your workouts (or give you a workout if you do not regularly exercise). Sometimes this challenge will include food or other lifestyle changes that are involved with the typical healthy lifestyle.

I will update the challenge at midnight every day for the following day's challenge.

Friday, March 1 - Goal: Agility
Challenge: Run 5 50-meter sprints. Either as straight shots or shuttle runs.

Saturday, March 2 - Goal: Focus
