This new year I am going to start off with running in my first "live" 5k run in more than 15 years. I've completed the 5k Your Way Running Program a month ago and have restarted it to get back into condition.
My New Year's Fitness and Health Resolutions: Stick to running three days a week and stick to weekly healthy meal plans for my family. This WILL BE the year of getting healthy.
