For me this year is going to be about not only consistincy but also taking steps (literally and otherwise) to make sure I do not get diabetes as my Grandfather and Father have. I never saw my Grandfather after he lost his leg but I know that I do not want to go down that same road. I am also making a promise to myself that my Spark time each day is for me and that I am worth it!

Weight is a number that you have total control over:)

My resolution is to stay more consistent. I overall was good most of last year but once I had some weight gain in the fall I said to heck with it for the holidays and added a few more.

My focus is going to be to add back the weight work and get some walking in.

Getting a full 8 hours of sleep, regardless of whether or not I work 3rd shift. Am also going to focus on drinking my water every day, at least 8-10 glasses. Want to lose 10 pounds a month until I've lost a total of 100 pounds.

I will be upping my fitness minutes from 1,000 a month to 1,200! :) This month marked my 1 year of managing 1,000 minutes per month! :) Time to up the challenge!

This new year I am going to start off with running in my first "live" 5k run in more than 15 years. I've completed the 5k Your Way Running Program a month ago and have restarted it to get back into condition.
My New Year's Fitness and Health Resolutions: Stick to running three days a week and stick to weekly healthy meal plans for my family. This WILL BE the year of getting healthy.
