I would love to be a part of this group. Last year my daughter was married. I lost over 50 lbs. for the wedding. It was FABULOUS!!! I have just started to inch back up there and decided to kick in gear first. Besides I still had a lot to go. So here I am, back to Spark People again.
My biggest problem will be posting every day. But I will do the best that I can. God as my helper.... I CAN DO ALL THINGS!!!

Dinner - Not sure yet. Usaully around 300 - 400

Hi My name is Jessica and I'm new to this team. I was going around the posts and came across a thread that is named challenges.
I read your requests about having a group challenge that didn't only involve exercises.
Well I think I have the perfect thing... We all exercises, but how many of you track what you eat? I know that myself have had days were I don't keep track of everything. I know that by tracking my food I will achieve my goals. Do cardio and ST So here is my idea.
1- post your calories allowed everyday 2- post your calories intake everyday 3- Blog about your wins and losses everyday ( keeps us accountable) 4- Do your exercises ( minimum 4 days a week)
If this sounds good to anyone please sign up. We could start this challenges Monday October 8th.
