Today I just danced around the house for 30 mins. Nothing spectacular but lots of moving and stretching and twisting. The time went by fast.

I did my two coach Nicole videos this morning. I'm going to drum corps rehearsal tonight, so it's like 2 hours of moderate weight lifting :)

My pedometer is back on. I found it in my dresser drawer and decided it needed to come back out. Just seeing those numbers makes me want to move more. Had a wonderful walk with my son and the dogs last night. It was great to have him along and he is always so much more willing to talk when we are out walking the dogs. Bonus...it added steps to that pedometer!

Keep it up! I have been working in a little something each day, walks or riding. Not enough and I'm a little discouraged but just posting this helps to keep me motivated to work some more. Gonna take a walk after work!

Still walking every day. Missed a few days walking because I was afraid there may be power lines across the road. Power just got back about an hour and a half ago. I did start walking again, so I am keeping up with it.

How did everyone do with the activity on Tuesday. I worked two ponies but short rides for each one since they were actual work sessions and not relaxing rides. Rode for about an hour and then cleaned up the barn. I only count the actual ride time towards my exercise, but the inside of my hard hat was all sweaty so it was definitely work. Today will be a little harder since I have to take my daughter or a lesson tonight but I may be able to walk the outside of the field while she is taking her lesson.

For the last two weeks, I walked 1.6 miles a day, excluding two of the days due to not having enough time to do my walk (left home in the morning just after waking up and came home after dark).
