I took a class once on eating raw foods. One of those fun evening adult classes. It was so interesting. So, if a vegetable tastes good raw, I serve it raw with some dip- usually FF ranch. I think I like carrots the best. Some other raw foods she mentioned- cucumbers, zucchini, tomato.......
My favorite fruit is a banana, but I don't have those real often because they don't last long. I do drink alot of OJ or have grape fruit sections. I get fresh grapefruit around the holidays- order "fruit from Florida".

My fave fruit (now) are seedless red grapes. my fave veg (now) is asparagus.
For the fruit, i use a gallon ziploc baggie, put 1 C of blueberries, 1-2 cups of seedless grapes and about 7-10 sliced strawberries to munch on during the day.
For the asparagus, I take about 3/4#, (fresh) and cut off the ends. Add them to about .5 Cups of water and 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, "steam" for a few minutes and add Weber's Veggie Grillers to them. Yum. My kids devour them this way!
