Tip for those who may not know about it (I was on Sparkpeople for a few months before I found it) - you can set up a Quick Track tool just for counting fruit and veggie servings! It helped me stay on top of things a lot better.
This month's challenge is to get your fruits and vegetables! With the end of summer and the beginning of fall (at least here in the US) many types of produce of are in season. Try out new apple, pear or squash recipes. Or enjoy one last watermelon if you can.
The actual challenge: Take one day this month and see just how many servings of fruits and vegetables you can eat. Post your high count to compete with others on the team and see how you did.
