Challenge, I can't remember when I reviewed my GOALS for 2010. This is a perfect time to take a look and make some adjustments if needed.
GOALS: 1. Lose 5 pounds / month 2. Walk 500 miles in 2010 3. Track all food and fitness 4. Exercise first thing daily 5. Eat more fruits and vegetables
Adjustments: 1. Lose 3 pounds / month 2. continue 3. Measure and weigh all food before tracking 4. Exercise any time during the day. JUST DO IT! 5. continue
I began 2010 with a bang, until the winter blues set in and I became bored and "SAD" and ended up in a FUNK and gained what I had lost in Jan and Feb. I am thrilled to say that my break last week has definitely Ignited my Spark and I am ready to go again.

I am continuously missing my strength training goals. My goal is to strength train 5 days a week, but I keep missing it. I really need to focus on doing the strength work while watching TV or right after my workout. Otherwise I skip it!
