I don't know about you guys but I had a great week last week!

This week's bonus challenge is to get in your fruits and veggies. 1 bonus point for each day you get in 5 servings of fruits and veggies.

N - nutrition - 1 point for everyday you stay within your range. If you are following the SP plan you get one point for every day you stay in your calorie range. If you are using weight watchers or some other system feel free to use their ranges.
Max. points available = 31

E - Excersize - 1 point per 30 minutes of excersize. This includes time spent on cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates and anything else you incorporate into your routine! Feel free to give yourself half points per 15 minutes.
No Maximum - You can workout as much as you want.

W - Water - 1 point per day you drink 8 cups.
Max. points available = 31

Not sure what happened earlier, so here it is again:
N--sstill over eating, but at least I am tracking again. No oints though.

E--Yes!130 minutes, so 4.3 points.

W-Yes! 6 out 0f 7 days--6 points.

Bonus--432 accumulated points! So 43 for the team.

Go Red!


Merry--I just realised the reason his did not show is because I am on the wrong team! When are we going to start the Easily Bemused, Amused and Confused?

This week's bonus challenge is to cheer on your fellow team members and competitors. You get one point per cheer on the message boards, comment on a blog post, message on a spark page or encouraging spark email. This includes everyone on the team (not just January challengers.)

Been having computer issues the past few days but all seems to be well now. Didn't do a great job of keeping track on paper but did fair. Playing catch up...
