I feel like I have let everyone down this week. I'm sorry--I have been going straight to bed, or sitting in a dze. Toay is a daze. I just took a double doxe of the gas pills, so perhaps tomorrow I can move. Hang in there.

I don't know about you guys but I had a great week last week!

This week's bonus challenge is to get in your fruits and veggies. 1 bonus point for each day you get in 5 servings of fruits and veggies.

N - nutrition - 1 point for everyday you stay within your range. If you are following the SP plan you get one point for every day you stay in your calorie range. If you are using weight watchers or some other system feel free to use their ranges.
Max. points available = 31

E - Excersize - 1 point per 30 minutes of excersize. This includes time spent on cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates and anything else you incorporate into your routine! Feel free to give yourself half points per 15 minutes.
No Maximum - You can workout as much as you want.

W - Water - 1 point per day you drink 8 cups.
Max. points available = 31

N--still 0, but I get mental points from myself because I actually have been tracking regularly. Just eating too much!

OK, if I understand this correctly, because I lost the post that said how to do it....

Water--5 days, so 5 points?
Nutrition--way out of line, so 0 points
Exercise--1 day, so is that one point?

I'm sorry i've been out of it this week. I will say that the one day I got to the gym, it was ONLY because of the Red Team!

As for the fun stuff, I have been very busy and productive on the crochet front! every day, so how many points is that?

I've been having a low energy week, so I must apologize to you, Ladies! I will say that on Monday, the only thing that got me to the gym was not wanting to let all of you down. I'm currently snowed in--not sure what to do about exercise for a couple of days.

Ladies, I just found out the neatest thing! I am packing a big salad for my lunch tomorrow. Did you know that you can enter in your foods in advance? As in, i just entered my salad in for tomorrow. One of the hardest things for me is remembering by the time I hit the computer at night what all I had for lunch....

I also tried a new recipe tonight. This one is a variation on the Harvard Beets that I have always loved, but for some reason never seem to make. It has fresh orange juice and zest and ginger in in, and smells wonderful. I'll let you know how it tastes!

I blew the calories out of the water today, but at least I am tracking again. And I got in all my water and veggies. I'm going to try out a couple of new recipies in the next couple of days and will let you know the results. And an hour at the gym--this is going to work.

Well I blew the fruit/veg goal yesterday, I really need to get to the store! I am going to the gym today--it looked iffy when I got u to a blanket of white. It is melted off now, just cold! And the grocery store is not far from the gym, so I can do it all in one swoop.

Don't let the cold slow you down! Cyclists, you have permission to use a trainer/stationary/rollers as you please to kee you legs loose! emoticon

I can't get the copy paste thing to work, so here goes, to the best of my memory.

Nutrition--to eat more fruits and begs, goal is 5--6 daily.

Exercise--still albit fuzzy on details, but there will be 5--6 workouts/week. I'm thinking at the local gym.

Water--8 glasses/day, minimum.

Fun/Personal--harp practice daily, regardless of whether or not I have an upcoming play date. As it happens I do--I have been asked to play at a funeral. We don't know when yet, but it is likely to be soon.
