I got a good workout in today over at the gym. Pretty good for a weekend!

I just joined and did not exercise at all last month so my goal is to do at least 30 minutes 3x a week. Which roughly adds up to a total of 360 minutes this month.

Today is a new day....

I did 1,100 minutes last month so my goal is to do 1,200 minutes this month. I am off to do my yoga and start getting in my minutes!

This month's challenge is to get in 10% more fitness minutes than you did last month.

We can all use a little more excersize to burn off those holiday pounds!
