This week's bonus challenge is 1 point for every 10 SparkPoints you earn. You can earn Spark Points by logging your nutrition, working out, reading articles and more!

N - nutrition - 1 point for everyday you stay within your range. If you are following the SP plan you get one point for every day you stay in your calorie range. If you are using weight watchers or some other system feel free to use their ranges.
Max. points available = 31

E - Excersize - 1 point per 30 minutes of excersize. This includes time spent on cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates and anything else you incorporate into your routine! Feel free to give yourself half points per 15 minutes.
No Maximum - You can workout as much as you want.

W - Water - 1 point per day you drink 8 cups.
Max. points available = 31

Glad to see some of you kicking into gear on day one and really starting the challenge!

I'll be tallying points tomorrow just for these intial days, so let's try to get everyone we can with points posted!

I'd like to get a team challenge together for January. Several members would compete against other memebers of our team in hopes to motivate each other for New Year's resolutions and getting back on track after the holidays. I haven't worked out the details, but you would earn points for things like drinking your water, excersizing and staying in your calorie range. The team with the most points would win.
