One point per strength move this week.
Zombies - Week 2 - Oct. 11-17
One point per night of 8 hour or more sleep.
Pumpkin - Week 3 - Oct. 18-24
One point per day with 5 servings of fruits and veggies. One more point for every serving above 5.
Blood - Week 4 - Oct. 25- Halloween
Get the blood pumping! One point per 20 minutes of excersize.
