I am getting into yoga. A girlfriend made me try it and now I throw it into my routine when I need to relax. Something new to me...

It was raining last night, so I couldn't do my normal run. Instead I tried some new free workout videos online. It doesn't matter if I look like an idiot doing cardio dance in my living room!

Swimming. I've tried it off and on and really enjoyed it, but could never afford the gym mebership or get it in as part of my routine..... some day though.

Scuba diving.
Yeah...that's what I'd love to do.
Unfortunately, I waited too long. My doc's would never pass me now, and I doubt I'd have the stamina for it, not to mention that I have more fear of the "critters" out there than I had in the past.
But..yeah...scuba diving for sure!

This week's challenge is to think about trying something new. What would you try if didn't have anything holding you back? If there were no constraints on your time or money, what would your goals be? What would you do just for fun? Is there a new excersize routine you would love to try? Would you buy all organic food? What would change and what's preventing you from making those changes today?
