This week is going to be a little crazy with a deadline at work, my husband returning from three weeks out of the country and my parents flying in for the weekend. My goal is to meet my 1500 calories burned for the week. And here is my plan to do it... Mon. - rest Tue. - run 2.4 miles (300) Wed. - hike 3.5 miles (400)(700) Thurs. - run 2.4 miles (300)(1000) Fri. - rest Sat. - walk 2 miles (200)(1200) Sun. - walk/hike 3 miles with parents (300)(1500)
