This is a challenge for me, but I am going to try to do it each day I log in. Today I had a good breakfast, and I'm getting in some fluids. Oh, and I didn't buy any desserts for my cousins lunch. Thanks for this challenge!
I took time today to plan out my fitness for the week. I don't follow a set schedule for my workouts, but rather a calories burned goal every week. Therefore, I try every Monday before the week gets hectic to look at the weather forecast and my schedule and plan my fitness for the week. I even planned an extra workout for this week to try to recover from my vacation.
