I went to volleyball yesterday even when it looked like rain and ended up having a great time. Glad I went.

Today I pre-planned my meals to make sure I got in my veggies and stayed in my calorie range.

Feels good to focus on the things I have done well this week rather than my failures.

I ate a nice healthy spinach and shrimp salad for lunch today and managed to squeeze in a little exercise tonight before baseball game.

Tough day...husband's birthday and out to dinner. Didn't eat the second baked potato (loaded). Does that count as progress? Tomorrow Step Class for sure.

This is a challenge for me, but I am going to try to do it each day I log in. Today I had a good breakfast, and I'm getting in some fluids. Oh, and I didn't buy any desserts for my cousins lunch.

I took time today to plan out my fitness for the week. I don't follow a set schedule for my workouts, but rather a calories burned goal every week. Therefore, I try every Monday before the week gets hectic to look at the weather forecast and my schedule and plan my fitness for the week. I even planned an extra workout for this week to try to recover from my vacation.
