I always find this one easy. I think it's genetic (My father, uncle and grandfather always have glasses of water in their hands).
I keep glasses of water at my desk while working. I drink my hot tea in the mornings on the way to work. I grab a waterbottle before heading to the gym or even out to run errands. I find if it's handy I will drink it even absent mindedly.
This week we'll HYDRATE! The challenge is to drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day. There are so many benefits of staying hydrated. I know that I always feel better. I'm hoping you feel better too! Have a great Monday.
