I am, because I am also part of the 20 somethings with 100+ pounds to lose, and that was our challenge last week. :D But, I'm keeping that one going! ^_^
Mon: 60 min of DDR! (and about 30 of Strength training, but I'm not sure that counts)
Tue: 50 min of DDR! I smoked myself doing that today, there are 4 levels (Beginner, Light, Standard, and Heavy) and usually I only do Standard, but today I pushed myself and did a lot of Heavy, and I got side stitches!
Wed: 60 min of DDR! :D (I met the team goal! and I'm only 10 away from my personal goal!)
Thu: 40 min of DDR! (I met my goal, and I have 30 extra minutes!) (I have a feeling that I don't have as much stamina on the days when I get up early (6:30 vs. 8:00ish)
Total Minutes: 210 minutes
