I did the 27 minute Tae Bo Instructional tape. I had intended to do the Basic Workout. I just assumed it was in the right case and didn't look before putting it in. I was starting to wonder why it had taken me 2 weeks to be able to get through the entire basic workout without stopping when I started Spark the first time, but was so easy this time. Then right before the end of the video, Billy Blanks said "don't worry about only exercising one side; this is just the instructional video so you can learn the moves." emoticon Since it was almost over, I finished it anyway, then looked and sure enough it was the instructional one. I found the Basic Workout tape in a Jurassic Park case. Oh well, at least now when I do the basic workout, I'll remember the moves.

Everyone is doing such a good job - very encouraging to me!!!

I did strength training yesterday, but I did get in 10 min. cardio. I was going to get on the elliptical but my thighs were to sore from the day before (LOL) so I walked on the treadmill.

I just joined this team and had to laugh when I saw the challenge! I did absolutely NO cardio last week--so 30 more this week will be a cinch! I'm already there! LOL. Anyway--I did have a major accomplishment (for me anyway). Somehow, I managed to walk my 2 miles in 30 mins! I surprised myself--and feel great about it! Keep up the good work guys!

If you made it through 35 minutes of Richard Simmons you are a stronger lady than I am! RS used to be what my mom used to torture me (Or at least it felt that way) Yesterday I did 32 mins on the treadmill...some of it was even running. I have met this weeks add 30 min goal, however I intend to do much more.

35 minutes of a Richard Simmons tape today. I am a little mad at myself though. If I had known there was only 5 minutes left, I would have pushed through the "if I move one more muscle, I'm going to drop" feeling.

I'm planning on doing more cardio today if I can talk my 2 year old into giving up the TV. She has one in her room, but would rather watch the big one in the living room, which is where I work out.

Good Job Anya and NCBlondie!
I understand Blondie, it about kills me to ride the exercise bike for 5 minutes. But, that's what this team is all about right - getting back and then exceeding where we were. Don't think so much about where you were - think more about where you're going - you did a good job yesterday :)

I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the exercise bike.

Today is my strength day, but I might get a little cardio in.

I had planned to hold off on setting a team goal, but then I figured if we're doing more exercise, we definitely need to get our water in.

I got in 20 minutes of cardio yesterday. I did the first workout on Denise Austin's Blast 10 Pounds video. I am so out of shape. It totally kicked my behind. It's sad. Just last year I was doing 30 minutes of Tae Bo at least 5 days a week. Now I'm struggling to do a 20 minute workout that isn't near as hard.

I am, because I am also part of the 20 somethings with 100+ pounds to lose, and that was our challenge last week. :D But, I'm keeping that one going! ^_^

Mon: 60 min of DDR! (and about 30 of Strength training, but I'm not sure that counts)
Tue: 50 min of DDR! I smoked myself doing that today, there are 4 levels (Beginner, Light, Standard, and Heavy) and usually I only do Standard, but today I pushed myself and did a lot of Heavy, and I got side stitches!
Wed: 60 min of DDR! :D (I met the team goal! and I'm only 10 away from my personal goal!)
Thu: 40 min of DDR! (I met my goal, and I have 30 extra minutes!) (I have a feeling that I don't have as much stamina on the days when I get up early (6:30 vs. 8:00ish)

Sat:
Sun:

Total Minutes: 210 minutes

Like Jeneal, I only got about 20 minutes (I walked a mile). I am gonna get my 50 minutes in this week. Thanks for the challenge. Is anyone doing the team goal of drinking 64oz water?

Last week, I had a total of 20 min. cardi. My goal this week is 80. With this challenge, I know that I will at least get 50. I will be proud if I do that.

Last week was a bust for me cardio wise I only did 90 min, so I need to do 120, but my goal is 180! :D I can do it! I love this challenge.
