I think we should all strive to do a fun cardio activity at least 3 times a week. It could be riding our bikes, running, walking, martial arts (you can do free trial class), a free salsa class, or even free zumba!
My personal goals include to lose the 70 lbs I have left over from the inital 90lbs. I'm a month into my journey and I holding on to the inner strength to keep momentum.
