I have been trying to do yoga either at the rec center or on the wii. I don't get to it every day but I try.

Exercising, mainly. But on my non-workout day (Sunday) I track the time I spend just relaxing and doing nothing (which is usually only about 10 minutes, but hey, I make sure to get my 10 minutes in!).

I am a SAHM to three daughters
It hasn't been daily, yet, but I have been getting up at 7 each morning during the week to go run. It's so nice to get up before everyone else and acually wake up on my own, without screaming children in the background.

getting on the computer-that for me, is one of the few ways to reach other people and it makes a huge difference for me to contact other humans!

I noticed that the goal for doing something healthy for yourself 10 min a day has almost been reached.
