We recently purchased a new home because we relocated for my job. Luckily we were able to buy some land with our house and so a few weeks ago we bought two pregnant dairy goats. On Monday our first goat Cocoa had twins. We are still waiting for Daisy to pop. Tonight we made our first batch of goat cheese and some chocolate goat milk. I love not having to buy milk and being more self sufficiant. If anyone has good goat cheese or goat milk recipes let me know!! And if anyone on the team is in the SE Idaho area and wants some milk let me know...we have lots!

Samantha :)
