Like I have said in another form I am much more striving to be crunchy then I am at this point. So I haven't used many herbs and the ones I have have been already mixed and ready to go from the local health food store. However I am getting ready to get off of some medications for some mood instability so that we can have a baby and I am trying to find some herbs that maybe could help keep me stable so I'm not unstable and hormonal.
"Everything is ok in the end. If its not ok then its not the end."
So I noticed no one has brought up herbs. Do any of you mamas use herbs for natural remedies? I'd like to get a conversation going on what herbs people use for what and sharing ideas. Do you make your own concoctions or buy ready-made and use? Tell us about what works with your family, what you have tried and any questions!
