My 2013 GOALS:
1. making workouts a habit
2. losing 50 lbs. and begin to maintain
3. get rid of all my medications
4. move closer to my children and grandchildren
5. become stronger mentally, physically and spiritually!!

Its quite a list but doable!! Good luck with "your" 2013 goals and may you succeed!

My long-term goals for 2013 are
1. Stay active with SP
2. Track my food and exercise
3. Reduce the level of stress in my life
4. Find work-life balance
5. Take better care of myself by making "me" time

My short-term monthly goal will be to reach 1000 minutes of exercise each month. I did it in December and can do it again going forward!

My goals for 2013 are to reach and maintain ideal weight, continuing with trainer weekly and working out a minimum of 3 days a week.

Tell us what your goals are for 2013.

My goals are to lose 8 lbs a month til I reach my goal weight of 180 lbs.
I will be working to get in a full 60 minutes of exercise in daily.
I will be cutting back on meat and adding more vegetables to my food plan.
