It's the holiday season, so now is the time to give yourself the gift of health. Every time you work out or skip junk food for a piece of fruit you are giving yourself a gift. let's all list our gifts, our victories, and what we are thankful for this season.
I started my weight loss journey December 2010 after a visit to my Doctor and found SparkPeople the first of February. My gift to myself is going a year in maintenance mode and keeping the 50 pounds I lost off. I am thankful for all the wonderful people I have met on this site and all the help I have received. I am looking forward to reaching my two year mark with SparkPeople and many more great memories.
