I started bike riding in October because the weather in Texas is cooler. I have not rode a bike in years but I bought one a couple of weeks ago. I am loving it

I have started taking my boys to the park where I can walk around them to keep an eye on them. I am adding some jogging in the mix.

I plan on using up my Groupon for Cross fit...I have six? more classes...so, I'm adding that this fall as it expires in Dec.

Well, since my husband has his own gym routine now, I've lost my walking partner.

I'll check out the gym for its Zumba classes. Hopefully, I'll like the class atmosphere, as I'm not a gym person at all. A plus is that the gym is a half mile walk away, so I'd get that much more walking in.

October is upon us. Let's use Fall to revitalise our fitness program. Everyone list something they are adding or changing in their fitness routine for the new season. Or tell us what you are still doing.

Now that it is starting to cool off a little here in Texas I am adding more long hikes. My daughter and I are also riding our bikes more now that it is not so scorching hot.
