I had no desire for meat until Easter yesterday when I cooked a turkey breast...once it's gone, I'll return to my no-meat diet.

April is going well so far. I have not had any desire for meat and have been spending the majority of my free time outside.

Spring WAS here, but now it's cold again.
I have been vegetarian throughout Lent, but I expect to have a turkey breast for Easter; when that's gone, I expect to resume being vegetarian.

Spring is here! Time to adjust our goals and get outside.

Here are my goals for April:
Now that I am off all my medication I have decided to make it official and just go full on vegetarian. I am also going to continue and try for more outside exercise with my kids.
