More strength training!!
My March plans revolve around Lent: I will not eat meat, Nutella or candy.
I am doing extra spiritual readings and attending Mass 3 times/week.

My March Goals are :
Spend at least 2 quality date days/nights with my husband.
Continue my PT/ST - adding weight to gain muscle and lose fat
Train for my 5k - just signed up for Memorial Day run and I want to finish in under 36
Im hoping to run my first 5k, pass my certification test and pick out a new apartment! Also hoping to get at least 10,000 steps in each day!

It's March already and spring is in the air. This is a good place for everyone to list their monthly goal or talk about their long time goal.
My goal for this month is to spend more time outdoors with my children.
