Well, considering that, normally for me I am all gong ho at the beginning of the month, then towards the end of it, I fall back to old habits.
This month I am focusing on getting into new routines, eating breakfast, eating lots of fruits and veggies, whole grain and not eating anything that will affect my IBS.
Another focus is exercising at the MINIMUM of 90 minutes a week.
Also, telling my friends and family that I NEED their support, that I don't want to see eye rolling when I chose to eat less, or chose not to eat dessert. They need to understand that I have to lose the weight, or I could quite possibly die at a young age.
Other than that, right now, my focus is on there...next month will be Loving myself...because if you don't love yourself, you can't expect anyone to love you.
