1 C Fage and a lot of fresh cut up strawberries (138g) more like homemade yogurt, I suppose if you put some milk in it, then it would be a smoothie.

Yesterday, I had 1 C Fage, 1 t fiber powder and 1 packet Carnation Essentials milk chocolate, and 1/2 C skim milk. It was loaded with protein, 23 from the yogurt, 5 from the Carnation and 4 more from the milk!! Good fiber also. Acquired taste I guess I am not used to the strong plain yogurt taste with chocolate. I am used to fruit and yogurt. hmmm.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

coconut milk (the good, fatty kind), chilled
water or non-dairy milk
pumpkin puree
pumpkin pie spice
banans, frozen
vanilla extract

If it's not sweet enough for you, throw in a date emoticon

If you really want it "pie-y" emoticon sprinkle with granola, a crushed graham cracker or a crushed vanilla wafer.

Frozen Berry Avocado Smoothie:

2 c. frozen strawberries, blackberries, or marionberries
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 a medium avocado (you can use less if you need to, this is only my preference)
3-5 oz. morinu firm/extra firm tofu
2 NuStevia packets (or sweeten to taste with anything else)
1/2 c. water

Blend everything together. It will be thick, and may need to additional stirring. This is a smoothie that you can eat with a spoon.

When I am really trying to keep my weight in check I use Herbalife to make "shakes." It's super easy. There are different flavors, but I just get the vanilla so I can adjust the flavor to pretty much whatever I want. I usually just have it with strawberries and bananas with a little yogurt.

Since I can't have too much fruit or juice at one time, I have developed a taste for Green Monsters. I'll have one tonight since I have to go out to a dinner meeting at a restaurant
that has very little I can eat...

1/2 banana (frozen, if possible)
Kale or spinach
Almond milk or liquid of choice
Blueberries or frozen berry mixture
Crushed Ice
Optional: Plant Fusion Protein Powder or nut butter

This has to be processed quite smooth, especially when using kale. I have a Vitamix.
