It's a burger that can be cut but not really crumbled. The texture is more microwaved scrambled egg than hamburger (sounds kinda unappealing, but I like it emoticon ).

You could definitely make it with another burger. I bet it would be great with the Masala burger from the freezer case.

I would definitely try this recipe. Question about the veggie burger. Is it in the form of a patty or crumbly? Could you use other veggie burger brands or would you miss a certain seasoning?

LAZY VEGETARIAN CASSEROLE FOR ONE

1/3 Cup black beans
1 yellow summer squash, sliced
1 Trader Joe's Organic Tofu Veggie Burger
1/3 Cup Salsa Verde

Pour beans into a soup bowl, add the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Microwave on HI for 5 1/2 minutes. emoticon
