I looovee these. They are super filling and you can add as much or as little of each ingredient as you like.
corn black beans brown rice low fat cheddar diced tomatoes whole wheat tortilla
Just mix the loose ingredients together in what ever amount you want and wrap it in the tortilla. I love it with the corn! I got the recipe from Self magazine and it's my favorite quick lunch to take to work. It's delicious, and it keeps you full- plus the fiber in it is crazy! Lol
