We've now had it three times, experimenting with a few different options. I add more garlic than it says, skip the jalepenos (most of us in the family can't handle them). I tried it with cilantro, but for some reason the flavor didn't really add much. I like to keep things simple, so I probably won't bother adding that again. And this last time, I used whole wheat tortillas, and we liked that just as much.
