Greek salads are a favorite of mine. But they do contain more fat and sodium than I would like. But a good treat once in a while for sure.

GREEK SALAD 3 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar 1½ c. chopped cherry tomatoes 1 cucumber, diced 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1½ c. crumbled feta cheese 4 naan, wraps, pitas, or flatbread Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper in large bowl. Add veggies & feta cheese. Toss to coat. Using slotted spoon, transfer salad mixture to the wraps/naan/pitas/flatbread.
