DH just made one:
spinach, green leaf lettuce, carrots, celery, green pepper, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, garbanzo beans.

To make it really wonderful, IMHO, you'd have to add either sunflower seed kernels, or nuts. Yum!

May all sentient beings be happy.

May all sentient beings be free from suffering.

May all sentient beings live at ease and in comfort.

May all sentient beings be at peace.

Have you ever tried jicama?

My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far Ive finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already. - Dave Barry

I love salads (wish I could say the same thing about fruit)! I think the variations are endless. However, I'm thinking that I might need to trim back on the # of ingredients that I'm adding (10 are typical for me) because by the time I'm down chopping and mixing everything it looks like it needs to be on a buffet table! So I thought I'd ask what is your typical or dream salad consists of? And what size is it (salad plate or mixing bowl!)?

Currently I've been having:
baby romaine (loaded with C-which I didn't know!)
tomato
red pepper
snow or snap peas
cucumber
sprouts (awesome mix of sprouted seeds)
cheese (feta or cottage)
sometimes pecans or sunflower seeds
tofu
FF french (typically I thin natural dressings (no HFCS) with rice vinegar
