Week 5 7/6 - 75.75 kilos, loss of 250 grams.
Week 6 15/6 - 75.75 kilos, same.
Week 7 21/6 - 76.25 kilos, gain of 500 grams.
Week 8 28/6 - 76.75 kilos, gain of 500 grams.
Week 9 5/7 - 77.25 kilos, gain of 500 grams.

Hmm, managed to lose a grand total of 250 grams!!!

Height 163cm = 5 foot 4 inches.
Highest weight 81 kilos = 178.6 lb, Dec 2005.
SP Start Weight 8th July 2006 78 kg = 172 lb
HALF WAY 17th September 71.5 kg = 157.6 lb
June 2007 reached original goal 65 kg = 143 lb
July 2007, 62 kilos = 136.7 lb
December 2008 72 kilos = 158.7 pounds.
December 2009 78 kilos = 172 pounds!!! Going the WRONG way!
December 2010 77 kilos = 170 pounds.

Thank you Kayelene for the challenge - I may have ended 3 kg short of 5% but I lost 2.4 kilograms during the 9 weeks and have reassessed my program for the next stage of the journey

Here is how you work out your 5%.

Start weight x 0.05 = 5% goal
Start weight - 5% goal = finished goal weight
~~~Example~~~~
77kgs x 0.05 = 3.85kgs so 3.85lbs would be this persons 5% goal and 73.15kgs would be their finished goal weight for the challenge (77kgs - 3.85kgs = 73.15kgs)

emoticon to everyone who joined me in the last weight loss challenge. We had some fantastic losses. emoticon to Susieph1 and Wunmurra who lost 5% and a extra big congratulations to Maz_of_Oz who lost a whopping 16kgs over 10%. emoticon
Congratulations to everyone else who lost weight during the challenge. emoticon

We're going to jump straight back into another challenge and I thought it would be good to do another lose 5% in 9 weeks challenge. There is a little bit of Math involved, if this is a problem for you and is going to stop you from joining in the challenge, please sparkmail me with your start weight on 4th May and I will work it out for you and send it back to you before our week 1 weigh in. I'm happy to help.

Here is how you work out your 5%.

Start weight x 0.05 = 5% goal
Start weight - 5% goal = finished goal weight
