On your fitness tracker it will tell you the minutes exercised and the calories that used each day. I am entering the calories burnt each day. Hope that is what they meant it to be emoticon

wow Susie, I hope I am right in saying there is a 8 day week here under cardio. Also there is only 30 days in April. Also Calories Burnt.
