I try to get at least 10 mins a day... it is my goal this year to do at least 10 mins of exercise 5-7 days every week. And if i am able, I will happily do more. But sometimes 10 is pushing it for me, especailly when I have so little energy all the time (which I think is thanks to lovely hormones....grrrr)
