None of them work completely for me, but they do help enough to make things manageable. Midol or Pamprin. Even their Maximum Strength ones don't completely do it for me. I just laugh at the claims they make on their commercials...

Are you ONLY able to find some sort of relief in over-the-counter meds?

Right now the ONLY thing that helps with my cramps and severe pain is: Mydol, go figure but, I'm STILL in desperate search of a better "natural" method.
