09-01 = Rest day
09-02 = 10-min (got 375x, I just restart again jumping after 2 months breaks from exercises, haha)
09-09 = 10-min (got 700x, yay!)
09-10 = 10-min (got 577x, mix normal bounce and side-to-side)
09-11 = Rest day

Last week, I only did once jump rope so this week, I aim to do much better, more consistent :D

09-01 = Rest day
09-02 = 10-min (got 375x, I just restart again jumping after 2 months breaks from exercises, haha)

My goal is to do 10-min a day, 5 days a week, aiming to do my jump rope in mornings :D

09-01 = Rest day

It's new month, in our last third of this year!
Goals for September 2014:
For Beginner:
Do at least 5-min jump rope or 200x a day, 5 days a week.

For Intermediate & Advance:
Do at least 10-min jump rope or 500x a day, 5 days a week.
