Let's try something slightly different for this month.
This month's challenge will be 4 weeks, from Monday 4th to Sunday 31st August 2014.
Set your goal for jump count or jump minutes. Then divide 4 so that each week, you will have minor goal to achieve. For example, if you set your goal as 4000 jumps, for each week, you need to do at least 1000x. And if you aim for 60 minutes, each week you need to do at least 15 minutes.
Easy peasy, simple to understand :D
