Current total = 750 + 1319 = 2069
Balance from goal 2000 = 2000 - 2069 = Met goal plus extra 69 :D

I'm adding another 1000 for my goal so my new goal is 3000 :D
Current total = 2069
Balance from goal 3000 = 3000 - 2069 = 931

My first jump was yesterday :D 3 sets of 200x fast & 50x slow.

06-05 = 750
Current total = 750
Balance from goal 2000 = 2000 - 750 = 1250

My goal is 2000 this month so average 500 per week :D
06-05 = 750x. 3 sets of 100 fast+100 fast+50 slow.

Whether it's total jump counts or total minutes.

You know the rules but for those who's new or irregular:
For a beginner or returner, try to get total 1000x or 30-min.
For intermediate or advance, try to aim to 10K!
