Apr 12th, morning, 10 burpees, 15 kettlebell swings and 5 jump squat. Total 4 minutes. Afternoon to night, 73 burpees, 185 kettlebell swings, 233 jump squat and 45 sumo squat (3 sets of 15) during Sherlock Holmes marathon (did during adverts). I think total adverts around 27 minutes. So, total workout is 31 minutes.
PETALIA, I'm referring to jump squats with no rope - from squat down to jump up. I don't even know there's a jump squat involve jump rope, haha. And yes, I'm referring to what the guy did in the video. I think it will be a nice change from our usual jump rope routine :D
I think you can do 100x per day if you split them throughout the day - maybe 5 sets of 20x?

I'm confused as to what the challenge actually is. The jump squats I practice don't involve a jump rope. I find them to be difficult after the first 10. There is no way that I could do one hundred in a day, day after day. Although this guy lands on his heels and I land on the ball of my feet, is this what you mean? youtu.be/MJ6KJintn70
