Yeah, I have same problem, sometimes it feel like I have to keep hugging myself to keep them from bouncing too much, haha. What I do is I use double sport bra or I wear both normal bra and sport bra :D I read in an article about a celebrity who did this as she also had same issue.

I hope this will not damp your spirit to continue jumping :D Always try find solutions, you might be surprised with advises around the world that you can found :D

Hi there, this place has grown so quiet since this year.

I have not spoken about this before but I need to let it out now. My major challenge for not been consistent with jump rope is my "girls", I am a bit endowed and I need to get up packaging and re-packaging just to make sure I am comfortable and tight for the exercise. Sometimes before I am done with dressing up in the morning, there is no more enthusiasm to do it. What do you think can be done?

My goal for March 2014 is to get total 4000x with mini goal: each week, get at least 1000x.

Week 1:
3/5 = 580x
3/9 = 569x

Total = 1149

Week 2:
3/12 = 360x

Set your jump rope goal for the March 2014!
Whether it's total jump counts or total minutes.

For a beginner or returner, try to get total 3000x or 30-min.
For intermediate or advance, get double the number of beginner!
