This morning, I got 300x in 4-min then do 1-min bounce on mini tram. Also got my goal 1000x, yay!

02-24 = 310 (5-min ~ 4:48 song)
02-25 = 170 (2-min)
02-26 = 350 (5-min ~ 4:30 song)
02-27 = 100 (1-min)
02-28 = 300 (4-min)

Total = 1230x (reached my goal 1000x!)

For this week, Monday, I did go to bed before 11 pm :D But Tuesday and Wednesday, I relapse - slept before my actual sleep which lead me to sleep after 11 pm :( Wow, 3.5 hours sleep! If it's me and on work day, I think I will feel like a zombie LOL

This morning, I got 100x in 1-min after 4-min on elliptical :D My aim this week is to get 5-min exercise to restart my morning routine. Will slowly add the length to 10-min :D

02-24 = 310 (5-min ~ 4:48 song)
02-25 = 170 (2-min)
02-26 = 350 (5-min ~ 4:30 song)
02-27 = 100 (1-min)

Total = 930x (goal 1000x)

Great going on your goal FATHIN! I will try to add more before the end of the month!

Are you getting to bed any earlier this week? Maybe before 11pm ha. I am good with getting to bed early... but last night was an exception - I went to see Beyoncé in concert and I only had 3.5 hours sleep after it! Long day today... hopefully with some rope jumping though... might give me some energy, haha!

This morning, did 2-min jump rope (170x) after 3-min on elliptical machine. Starting at small number to get back on my jump rope awesomeness!

02-24 = 310 (5-min)
02-25 = 170 (2-min)

Total = 480x (goal 1000x)

To dry off, use the toilet tissues, hehe. I can use the toilet tissues but it feel weird and not quite as clean as water. It's like you try to shower with tissues LOL

Two weeks after vacation, still went into bed after 11pm (either I slept earlier at the living room first or I watched tv emoticon ) But I'm getting much closer to 11pm instead of to midnight, so that's a nice progress :D

This morning (Monday) is my first jump in February! Got 310 in about 5-min (I jumped together with a 4:48 song). I've never felt weak jumping like today, my arms felt like rubber!

Oh no! What happens when there are no water pipe facilities? I noticed the water pipes in toilets everywhere when I visited the UAE. I had an idea what they were for but never wanted to ask... thank you for the information! :D I love to learn about religion/cultures. Yes I think the water pipes could be useful all over the world, no matter what religion. My only concern is how to dry off? lol emoticon Can you use the toilet paper?

After my vacation late December into January I too lost all my motivation to work out. Boooo. It will come back soon... Remember you have set a jump rope goal that you need to complete for February! That should help! emoticon
(Also I laughed a lot at "*another cry a river" hehehehe. emoticon

Falling asleep early is always so comfortable though... hehe, hope you can get yourself to bed earlier! :)

440 jumps for me to add today. :)

VW_STEPH, the joy and fun of my trip overshadow the long flights and bad moments at airports and toilets with no water pipe :D FYI, it's my religion and culture, we use water to clean after toilet business. Which make me think, why use toilet paper not water? I mean, we use water to wash our hands before eat and our body during shower, right? Why not use water to wash private parts?

I haven't been active this month except for my daily kitty litter box "refresh" emoticon
And I keep telling myself, "Tonight I will sleep early so that I can wake up refresh and early and do my morning exercise" and I will always end up falling asleep in my bed after 11:45 pm, sometimes after midnight! Which will cause wake up after 6 am, rushing all over places to get ready for work and no exercise at all the whole day *another cry a river.

Damn to myself to keep falling asleep early on the floor in the living room which make me get into bed very late!

Wow your vacation sounds like a lot of fun! I love to visit multiple places and get a feel of new and exciting cultures. I'm glad you had a good trip - the long flights are worth the experience in the end, right? Hehe. :D

Steph, vacation was AWESOME!!! It was sort of like my big reboot, away from home and office :D My first snow, too, as here in Malaysia, we only have 2 seasons whole year - monsoon season and not monsoon season so it's either sunny or rainy. And where did I go? Istanbul then Tashkent and Samarkand (both are in Uzbekistan), wonderful places to visit and if you like historical places, those are places must to visit :D The only not so good about the trip were long flights and too tight security at airports.

I've been slacking off, my progress are so slow that I feel like I'm moving backward instead of forward. So, I'm starting over since my vacation, start at small number and slowly progressing back to what I used to do :D

My goal for this month, because I started mid-month, is 1000x.

I have been so slack on this challenge. With everything really... exercise & eating.

Yesterday I did 140 jumps...
Today I have done 395.

Going to try and keep adding numbers up... maybe get to the 6000 target, lol.

Total so far... : 610

Great, Steph, for starting this challenge! I'm just back from my vacation, I'm barely know my body as exhaustion starts to consume me (thanks to terrible time at airports, hehe). Can't wait to start jump rope again :D

Okay I'm in.
My goal is for x6000. That gives me a daily goal of around 215 jumps. So that's definitely doable. Hopefully will push me to do more, I need a little challenge!

Set your jump rope goal for the February 2014!
Whether it's total jump counts or total minutes.

For a beginner or returner, try to get total 3000x or 30-min.
For intermediate or advance, get double the number of beginner!
